Hi, I’m Prianka! Nice to meet you

I am a UX Research Lead who is passionate about human behavior and constantly seeking out new and innovative ways to conduct research.

Currently, I am a UX Research Lead at Morgan Stanley working on creating a UX Research practice from the ground up within the Institutional Securities Group. As the sole researcher leading this space, I have worked to educate stakeholders on UX research, collaborate with designers to embed UX Research more seamlessly into the design process, and conducted end-to-end research.

As a researcher who has worked in both academic and industry settings, I am familiar with a variety of quantitative and qualitative research methods and well-versed in appropriate application. My interest in UX research comes from my genuine passion for developing seamless and empathetic experiences for users. I like to view UX research as a type of puzzle, and I truly enjoy trying to put together all the pieces in order to drive better product outcomes. As a researcher, I strive to understand the person behind the user, and how we can create an experience that considers their individual needs and desires.
